The Waterfront Wonderland Buyer Guide includes powerful advanced search options for locating homes, condos, land and boat slips and Residential Income properties. Use the search options from the comfort of your home or office. The advanced search options, as shown in the descriptions below, allow you to quickly select the area and property types you want to see. Once you have searched out the results you like, you can name and "Save" the search options and later "Load" them back again to use at a later time. The convenient "Virtual Agent" features allows you receive email updates on properties that match your search criteria.
Use the "Area" pop-down menu to select either All Areas or one of the following
areas: Alva, Arcadia, Boca Grande, Bonita Springs, Buckingham, Cape Coral,
Captiva Island, Englewood, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Gateway,
LaBelle, Lehigh Acres, Manasota Key, Marco Island, Naples, North Fort Myers,
North Port, Pine Island, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, San Carlos Park, Sanibel
Island or Venice.
Use the "Type" pop-down menu to select either All Types or one of the following
types: Manufactured or Single Family.
Use the "Category" pop-down menu to select either All Categories or one of the
following categories: Waterfront, Freshwater, Gulf Access, No Low Bridges, Off
Water, Golf Course or Luxury.
Use the "Den" check box to search out properties with an extra room for your
den, study, hobby room or office.
Use the "Bedrooms", "Full Baths", Garage/Carport" and "Pool" pop-down menus
allow you to specify the property personality you desire.
The "Year Built", "Living Area" and "Price From/To" fields allow you to further
refine your search.
The green "New" check box, lets you select only
those properties that have been on the market for approximately the last 10
days. The red "Hotlist
check box, lets you select properties that have been added to the Buyer Guide
since the last update. Properties are also hot listed if the price has been
increased or reduced.
Search fields for "Areas", "Units" and "Blocks" let you set your search to
the specific location you desire.
The "Water" and "Sewer" pop-down menus allow you specify the type of utilities a
property has available.
The "Keywords" search field allows you to search for just about anything you
wish. Keywords allow you to search out specifics such as Street Names, ZIP
Codes, Boat Docks, Owner Financing, Multiple MLS numbers, Subdivision Names,
etc.
The "Excludes" search field allows you to exclude from a search just about
anything you wish. Properties that match the Excludes will not appear in the
search list.
The "Sort By" pop-down menu allows the search list to be sorted by: Asking
Price, Geo Area, Year Built, Living Area, Unit or Block.
The "Photos" check box allows you either show or hide the small thumbnail photo
on a search list.
The "Virtual Agent" check box when checked and
saved with a search will instruct the Buyer Guide to send you an email every
time the Buyer Guide is updated and a new Hotlist property matches your search
criteria. This allows you to virtually watch an area for new listings to appear.
The "Saved Searches" pop-down menu allows to select and then click the "Load"
button to display the save search. The "Delete" button can be used to remove the
selected saved search.
Once you have searched up properties you like, you can give your search a name
and click the "Save" button.
Search results will appear similar to the example shown above. A new window will appear containing expanded information on the displayed property when either the photo or "Show Details" button is clicked. The "Map" link can be used to display of map of the property. The "tax" link can be used to display the county tax record for the displayed property. The "Print Flyer" button will allow for a property flyer to be printed. The "Add as Favorite" button adds the displayed property to the "Favorites" list. The "Map Similar" button will display other properties for sale in the immediate area. The "Virtual Tour" button will display a virtual tour on the displayed property.
The "Map Similar" button will display results similar to the above graphic. You can use the mouse to pan over the numbered flags to get additional information and to also click the MLS number to display the full details on a property. This map can be zoomed in and out, aerial view can also be displayed.
